feat(calendar): wire hosted OAuth connector routes on gateway→bridge (INF-KN-1)

Expose POST/GET/DELETE /api/v1/calendar/connectors*, sync, and the no-JWT callback on the hosted stack. Gateway proxies to bridge DATA_DIR handlers matching hub/server.mjs loopback parity.
