freeze: KN-DOCS-SYNC-a live Drive (then Notion) connector.

Knowtation-owned Drive readonly OAuth + docs_oauth vault; list/import as Review-before-write proposals; optional sync_cursor; Notion stays Hub-key. Freeze-review pass. No Scooling Ready flip.
