feat(auth): Phase C BV pass — fix §8 UI + §7.4 vault choke

Build-verification round 1 found missing vault multi-select/list metadata/write warning and getHostedAccessContext vault assert. Round 2 pass; DURABLE-AGENT-AUTH-C DONE on feature branch. NEXT = KN-b BV. No merge. Trend-agent wiring remains follow-on.
