fix(test): drop stale run-unproxied assert after KN-b

FLOW-CAPTURE-LIVE-KN-b security scan expected gateway without POST .../runs proxies; SITE-FINISH-FLOW-RUN-KN-b added those proxies. Keep capture env/Delegation/secret scan; assert run envs not hard-on.
