Add Episode 05 script: The Six-Method Protocol
Real MuseDomainPlugin Protocol class source (snapshot, diff, merge, drift, apply, schema), a real schema() method body from the timeline (video-editing) plugin as the concrete code example, and a real domain-info contrast between the code domain (5 dimensions) and the midi domain (21 dimensions) implementing the identical six-method interface. Every method is anchored to something the viewer already watched happen in an earlier episode (snapshot -> Ep02's manifest, diff -> Ep03's structured delta, merge -> Ep01's clean merge, drift -> every muse status shown so far, apply -> checkout) rather than introduced cold.
Landed via the same mv workaround as Episodes 03-04 (temp filename, then muse mv into the poisoned path). See staging#90.
Updated README's status table: episode 05 script done.
