Add Episode 01 script: Muse in 7 Minutes

A full init -> add -> commit -> branch -> diff -> merge -> push -> clone speedrun, following Episode 00's format exactly (timestamped beats, camera/screen/terminal direction, GABRIEL:/GABRIEL VO: dialogue, production notes at the end).

Picks up literally where Episode 00's cliffhanger left off (same mkdir/cd/muse init terminal moment), resolving it in the cold open rather than recapping. Ends by teasing Episode 02 (.muse/ internals), matching Episode 00's original 'build a repo, tear it open' tease -- Episode 00 promised that beat one episode early, so Episode 01 absorbs the 'build it' half and hands 'tear it open' to Episode 02 where it now belongs in the season outline.

Updated README's status table: episode 01 script done.
