Add Episode 04 script: Identity Without Passwords
Real Ed25519 identity walkthrough: ~/.muse/identity.toml (no password field, just algorithm/fingerprint/hd_path), HD derivation explained as one seed -> per-hub keys, a real --sign commit with populated signature/signer_public_key fields (direct contrast with Episode 02's blank ones), muse verify-commit confirming validity, agent provenance via agent_id/model_id -- including pulling up a real commit from this same session (the --sign help-text fix from earlier today) as proof every commit in the series has been signed this way -- and MSign wire-level request signing (muse sign header / sign verify), tying commit signing and network authentication to the same underlying key.
Landed via the same mv workaround as Episode 03: committed under a temp filename, then muse mv into the poisoned path (episode-04/identity-without-passwords.md), confirmed clean afterward. See staging#90 for the underlying bug.
