feat(status): color-code output by change type

Yellow for modified, green for new files, red for deleted — applied only when stdout is a TTY so piped output stays clean without requiring --porcelain. Porcelain mode is explicitly never colored; short mode colors the letter prefix; default mode colors the label text.
