fix(ci): deploy committed artifacts instead of regenerating from scripts (#112)

Artifacts are now hand-edited and committed to git, so the generation steps (demo.py, render_midi_demo.py, render_domain_registry.py) would overwrite those edits on every deploy. Skip them and upload directly.
