feat: add muse hub repo list and muse hub repo show CLI commands

- run_repo_list: GET /api/repos with limit/cursor pagination - run_repo_show: GET /api/{owner}/{slug} or /api/repos/{repo_id} - Add repo list and repo show subparsers in register() - Add TestHubRepoListCommand and TestHubRepoShowCommand (5 tests each)
