perf: remove per-item push debug logs from steps 1 and 2

Steps 1 and 2 were printing one line per commit and one line per manifest entry, causing hundreds/thousands of stderr lines on large repos. Replaced with single summary lines: new_commits=N and have/manifest/blobs counts.
