docs: update harmony known-bug note now that muse#93 is fixed
Replaces the 'unreliable checkmark' warning with a note explaining the root cause and fix (symbol-path vs file-path key mismatch in merge.py's merged_files.update(harmony_resolved)), and that the checkmark can be trusted again -- pending the fix actually reaching a published release.
