fix(json): emit JSON errors on early-exit paths in reset/revert/cherry-pick

reset: ref_not_found, snapshot_missing revert: commit_not_found, root_commit, parent_not_found, snapshot_missing cherry-pick: commit_not_found, snapshot_missing, corrupt_store (parent commit/snapshot)
