docs: update agent-guide for push remote errors and show --manifest

- push: add 'check remotes before pushing' section explaining that the remote-not-configured error now lists configured remotes in the message - show: add section explaining muse show --json output shape and the --manifest flag for getting path→object_id for the full snapshot - core commands table: add 'Inspect commit + full manifest' row
