docs: docstring sprint contract→find-symbol — idiomatic run() docstrings + agent-guide entries

All 22 non-MIDI commands from contract through find-symbol now have: - Idiomatic run() docstrings (one-liner, prose, Agent quickstart, JSON fields, Exit codes) - Terse entries in docs/agent-guide.md reflex table - make_envelope confirmed on every --json output
