chore: remove dead cli/models.py shim and misleading push.py docstring

- Delete muse/cli/models.py: backward-compat re-export shim (MuseCliCommit, MuseCliSnapshot, MuseCliTag) with zero importers anywhere in the codebase. - push.py: remove 'falling back to the legacy path for older servers' line from the module docstring — there is no legacy path, only MWP.
