feat(workspace): add actual_branch, stash_count, feature_branches to status

- WorkspaceMemberStatus gains actual_branch (live HEAD checkout vs configured tracking branch), stash_count, and feature_branches (non-main/dev branches) - head_commit now reflects the actual HEAD commit, not the configured branch tip - workspace add bootstraps workspace.toml from CWD when no manifest exists - workspace list/status/sync return empty gracefully when no manifest found - workspace update/remove exit 1 (user error) when no manifest, not 2 - Text output: not-present members show tracking branch; branch mismatch flagged - All 235 workspace tests pass
