docs: idiomatic docstring sprint — age through bisect + sprint checklist

- Add sprint-docstring.md tracking all non-MIDI commands (a–z) - Uniform docstrings on age, apply, apply-patch, archive, attributes, auth, bisect (all subcommands): Agent quickstart + JSON fields + Exit codes - agent-guide.md: terse quickstart entries for each completed command - Envelope already confirmed present across all patched files
