docs(agent-guide): purge stash gitism + add harmony and shelf workflows

Stash purge (zero tolerance outside Gitism glossary): - shelf.py: 'delta-based stash' → 'delta-based approach' in ShelfEntry docstring - completions/_muse: 'stash:Shelve...' → 'shelf:Shelve...'; stash) → shelf) with corrected subcommands (save/pop/list/drop/show/apply) - tools/omzsh-plugin/_muse: same two replacements as completions/_muse

agent-guide.md additions: - '## Harmony — Resolution Intelligence' section (between Branch Flow and Bundle) covering the three-tier engine, the learning loop, idiomatic workflow, storage layout, CLI reference, fingerprinting model, and key behaviours (idempotency, symbol-path awareness, original_conflict_paths preservation, path traversal guard, human-verified ranking) - 'git stash → muse shelf' subsection added to Gitism Glossary with full command mapping table and explicit 'never use stash as a verb' rule
