chore: bump version to 0.2.1rc8 -- ship the dir-to-file stage-clobber fix

Gabriel hit this live in his personal thoughts repo -- a real file silently un-trackable via muse code add . despite the CLI reporting success at every step. Needs to reach the real installed muse CLI, not just muse-dev.
