feat: close issue-26 gaps — blast index + search enriched cards

- Migration 0033: (repo_id, blast DESC NULLS LAST) index on musehub_symbol_intel; covers DISTINCT ON blast-leader query in enrich_repo_cards() - Wire enrich_repo_cards() into explore_search_fragment handler - Replace search_repo_results.html old repo-card markup with rc-grid + enriched partial; all four surfaces (explore, domain detail, profile, search) now use enriched cards
