- Overview flow diagram shows both small (stream) and large (presign) paths - New Presigned push section: thresholds, request/response shapes, R2 PUT, finalise with zero-O-frame push/stream, security model callout - Sidebar nav entry for Presigned push - Endpoints table includes POST /push/presign - push/stream row notes O frames are optional when presigned - Refs response: remove stale pack_origin field
