refactor: strip redundant sidebar scards and intel bar items

Remove Status, Branches, Merge Approach, Timeline scards — all covered by the hero. Intel bar trimmed to Blast Δ, Breaks, Symbols, Test Gaps; Risk Score gauge, Agent, and Signed removed as redundant with hero manifest.
