docs: freeze KN-WORK-PATH-LIST-a (freeze-review pass)

Knowtation path persist + list/get so Scooling My Work can later show real Path rows. No Live, Home chat, or pairing. NEXT is Auto KN-WORK-PATH-LIST-b.
